Dear Rod

Just thought it was appropriate to thank you for the service you have provided us.

It is not very often that businesses actually live up to their sales pitch; it is so often that we are promised the ‘world’ and are delivered a bucket of mud, but you offered a service and then provided that service.

It is a pleasure to be able to talk to you and your staff about our requirements, to have the drafts back for our approval within the expected time frames and then for the printing and delivery of the material to have occurred again within the stated time frames. This allows us to go on with our work and not to have to hound our printer; which is how things should be.

Magnificient Service

Firstly I would like to say what a pleasure it is to have a business relationship with R & J Publishing Pty Ltd.

Prior to making contact with Rod and Jan through BNI, I regularly used other printing services. Although I had no issues or problems with these businesses, there was never that one to one personal touch not did I feel they appreciated my business.

When I first started using R & J Publishing for various business needs, many things impressed me, but there was one thing that stood out from the competition, this was genuine, friendly service.

Regardless if I required one photocopy, laminating, business cards, stamps and refills the service is magnificient.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful and most importantly R & J Publishing deliver on time.

On Time Every Time

We were going on a promotional trip around the state seeking out new 100% Tasmanian products for our Gourmet Hampers and we discovered that we were nearly out of business cards. I rang Rod and Jan and we had a new set of cards within a couple of days.
We were more than happy with the turnaround time, if it wasn't for the great service we would have had to postpone our trip.
